Exhibitors may choose between taking raw space or a package booth. The package booth contains all the basic items for a ready-to-go booth. Additional items of furniture and lighting equipment, etc, can be ordered separately. Full details will be given in the Exhibitor's Manual which will be distributed to exhibitors nearer the event.

Exhibition Type/ Participation Fee (All prices are subject tp consumption tax)

A. Package Booth (9sqm)

Standard ¥495,000/ JJA members ¥450,000

Package booth (9sqm) includes

Space (9sqm), partitions, carpet, company fascia  (Japanese & English), 2-pin plug, trash bin, electrical supply up to 1kw

  • * Minimum booth size is 9sqm.
  • * All prices above exclude consumption tax.

 

B. Raw Space (18sqm)

Standard ¥900,000/ JJA members ¥810,000

Note: Exhibitors taking space only must book a minimum of 24sqm and have to arrange booth decoration by themselves.

 

C. Designer Pavilion Special Package Booth(6sqm)

Standard ¥300,000

Designer Pavilion Special Package Booth(6sqm) includes

Space (6sqm), partitions, carpet, company fascia  (Japanese & English), 2-pin plug, trash bin, electrical supply up to 1kw

  • * Minimum booth size is 6sqm.
  • * All prices above exclude consumption tax.

    Cancellation Policy

    For the cancellation of participation or the reduction of booth size, the approval from the Secretariat Office on the prescribed form is mandatory
    Cancellation of participation or reduction of space size is charged as follows.

    Notification received;

    • - From 1 February to 30 April 2022: Participation fee ×50%
    • - After 1 May 2022: Participation fee ×100%
    • *For the reduction of booth size, the cancellation fee occurs in proportion to the reduced size.
    • Payment

    • □Option 1: Single Payment
    • □Option 2: Payment in two installments
    • -50% deposit to be paid upon written application for participation
    • -50% balance to be paid on or after 1 May 2022. 
    *The exhibitor is responsible for all bank charges and other sundry charges related to the payment.
    *If the contract is submitted before 1 January 2022, the payment will be accepted on a basis of single payment
    *The exhibitor must pay the participation fee by the payment deadline.
