Exhibitors may choose between taking raw space or a package booth. The package booth contains all the basic items for a ready-to-go booth. Additional items of furniture and lighting equipment, etc, can be ordered separately. Full details will be given in the Exhibitor's Manual which will be distributed to exhibitors nearer the event.

Cancellation Policy
For the cancellation of participation or the reduction of booth size, the approval from the Secretariat Office on the prescribed form is mandatory
Cancellation of participation or reduction of space size is charged as follows.
Notification received;
-
- From 1 October to 31 December 2022: Participation fee ×50%
-
- After 1 January 2023: Participation fee ×100%

*For the reduction of booth size, the cancellation fee occurs in proportion to the reduced size.

Payment
An invoice will be issued after receiving the application contract. Please arrange the payment by the due date stated on the invoice.
*The exhibitor is responsible for all bank charges and other sundry charges related to the payment.
*If client submits application contract after January 2023, client shall pay 100% of the Fees together at the time of submission of the Booking Form.
